PAYMENT
All items including freight must be paid for in full prior to dispatch.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All products are sold with a statutory 12 month warranty.
Any item for claim must be returned to Equipe Automotive 4X4 with the original receipt. The item will be either repaired or replaced.
Any damage caused by collision, alteration, improper installation, road hazards, adverse conditions or usage for any purpose other than normal private usage are not covered by this warranty.
FREIGHT
Freight arrangements are made on behalf of the customer.
Our policy is to ensure prompt delivery of the item you have purchased, however, in the unlikely event of a delay by the courier company we cannot be held liable.
We recommend that you inspect the goods for damage to packaging on receipt.
In the event of any damage, this must be noted on the consignment receipt notice Contact Equipe Automotive 4X4 with details and pictures of the damage. Equipe Automotive 4X4 will pursue the claim with the carrier on your behalf.

The installation of an Equipe Automotive 4X4 frontal protection bar onto a vehicle with crumple zones and/or SRS air-bag systems could alter the operation of these features. It is the responsibility of the purchaser/user of Equipe Automotive 4X4 products to determine whether such products comply with their State, Federal or other laws.
